beloved dolls

Rachel was given her first doll by our friend, Heather, and she loves this little doll. "Heather doll" is usually with us and is a definite favorite.

So then our friend, Marye, asked why she doesn't have a "Marye doll" and I replied that she had not yet bought one for Rach. So, Marye set out and found a very appropriate doll - one that is "sleeping" like her namesake, who loves naps. :) I'm happy to report that Rachel's Marye doll is just as well-loved!

walks in the village are slightly different in the stroller with mom (rach loves to look around when daddy carries her in the baby bjorn, but she sleeps in the stroller with mommy)

so excited to be picked up by daddy to work in the garden (WAY more fun than hanging out in the office with mommy)

just sitting in mommy's desk chair and having fun
